When the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act became law on February 17, 2009, the commonwealth acted quickly to invest Recovery Act funds in the economy. This report chronicles the commonwealth’s activities over the past year, from rapid deployment of funds, to starting projects that put people to work, to creating far-reaching, long-term benefits for the citizens of Pennsylvania.
