Enhance community awareness and understanding of system, network and its benefits to various consumers.

Continuously monitor best practices and current trends for innovative approaches and workforce and CareerLink System improvements.
Goal 3: Outreach & Regional Network Enhancements
Enhance regional collaboration and networking with the education, economic development, private industry and government sectors.
Goal 4: Fund Development
Diversification and sustainability of the northwest PA workforce development system through funding and partnership development.
Goal 5: Board Development
Establish the NWPA Workforce Investment Board as the recognized leader for the regional workforce development policy and efforts.
