Employer Services
NWPA CareerLink is a customer-focused system for career and workforce development that connects employers, economic development organizations, educators, and job seekers. CareerLink provides employers with a host of internet services enabling them to find qualified applicants, view labor market information, post and manage job orders, and register for workshops, fairs, and events. The network also sponsors targeted recruitment events such as Job and Career Fairs that can be supplemented with screening and applicant assessment services. Additional employer services include application management, interview coordination, event planning and staging, preliminary interviewing, pre- employment assessment, and specialized training services. Regional CareerLink offices are located in Erie, Clarion, Crawford, Forest, Venango (Oil Region), and Warren counties.
